Refunds & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No custom mixes or food/confection items are eligible for return due to health and sanitation reasons.

Please Note:
• Product contents may differ from pictures and are subject to availability. Whilst we try with our best effort to keep inventory levels maintained, due to supply and demand some products may sell out at short notice. In such an event, we will substitute these items with similar products from our stock.
• Due to changes in the weather, some types of sweets can be more prone to melting quicker than others, including chocolate, marshmallows, and gummy candy. We accept no responsibility for any melted or heat damaged items. We will do our best to pack items to prevent such an occurrence. Ice packs are available to purchase to mitigate this risk; however, no guarantee is made that purchase of an ice pack will prevent melting or other damage as a result of heat exposure.
• We accept no responsibility for any delays/errors or damages outside of the company’s control. Such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, item being in possession of the courier, fire, war, pandemics, natural disaster, or non-delivery from the supplier.
• Although our products have a good shelf life, we recommend that all products are consumed within 28 days of receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any decrease in quality due to storage conditions after your receive your items.
• At no point or in any case shall Disco Bunny or their director be liable for any loss, claim, injury, or consequential damages of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind that is incurred as result of products being mailed or delivered.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
• We reserve the right to reduce quantities of products offered at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change product descriptions and/or product pricing at any time without prior notice and at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to change the contents of our website and social media at any time without any prior notice to our customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any changes.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences or any other form of damage or loss that may be suffered by the end user of discobunnycandybar.com. This includes any loss of data/information, financial or physical loss or damage.
